DA Exemption for Our 6m x 3m (18m²) Deck Pod
At MCH United Kingdom, our 6m x 3m (18m²) Deck Pod is fully exempt from Development Approval (DA) under NSW planning legislation. This exemption falls under Subdivision 9 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008, which covers cabanas, gazebos, and similar non-habitable structures.
